Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Availability Service Credits

1. Availability Commitment

anyIP.io commits to making its proxy services available 99.9% of the time during each calendar month, excluding scheduled maintenance windows and circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., force majeure events, third-party service outages, and denial-of-service attacks).

2. Measurement

Availability is measured based on successful connection attempts through anyIP.io's infrastructure, as monitored externally by a third-party service provider (e.g., status.anyip.io, which utilizes Residential Proxies & Mobile Proxies for monitoring).

3. Service Credits

If availability falls below the committed level in a given month, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined below:

4. Requesting Credits

To receive a service credit, you must submit a written request to anyIP.io Support (support@anyip.io) within 30 days of the incident. The request must include dates, times, and a description of the issue.

5. Limitations

  • Service credits are applied only against future payments for the applicable service.

  • Credits cannot exceed 20% of the monthly fee for the affected service, and the total credits cannot exceed $2,000.

  • This SLA does not apply to free trial accounts.
